What are the notice periods at Visable?

The notice period is generally one month before the end of the minimum contract term or any subsequent 12-month renewal period. However, the terms set out in your individual contract documents always apply. Different notice periods may apply to individual additional services.

Is my contract renewed automatically?
Yes. Unless otherwise agreed, your contract is automatically renewed for a further 12 months if it is not terminated within the applicable notice period.
To avoid automatic renewal, your termination notice must be received within the notice period that applies to your contract.

Yes. Certain additional services may be subject to different notice periods and contract terms.
