The number of direct requests for information / price and requests for (multiple) quotes you received during the selected time period, including the number of unanswered ones in case existing. If yes, we encourage you to directly go to your messages via the CTA to answer them.

Tip: Did you know that requests for quotes are sent to multiple suppliers at once from a purchaser? The faster you answer, the higher your probability to get a new deal!


Response Rate & Response Time


Your response rate and time indicate, how many received requests you have answered and how many hours it took you in average to do so. It is independent of your filtered time period, always calculated based on the last 90 days. If you have not received any requests during the last 90 days, no response rate and time are shown. A good response rate and time have a positive impact on your ranking in our search results. 


Clicks to your website and on your phone number


Some purchasers prefer to contact listed suppliers on our platform directly via the supplier's own website or by phone. Here you can see how many purchasers your listings convinced to click out to your own website and how many clicked to see your phone number and assumingly contacted you directly.

Tip: Request for Quotes are often sent by buyers to multiple suppliers. The faster you respond, the higher your chances of closing a new deal!
