The Request Hub enables suppliers to proactively discover and quickly respond to verified requests from professional B2B buyers. With full visibility and control, you can browse requests that match your business and decide which ones you want to engage with.

This article explains the benefits of the Request Hub and provides a step-by-step guide on how to use it.

How to use the Request Hub

  1. Log in to your europages account. 
  2. Access the Request Hub:
    From the main navigation menu, click on "Request Hub" and choose "All buyer's requests". You will see a list of currently open requests submitted by professional buyers.
  3. Browse available request: 
    Requests that have a good match with your company are shown at the top. Note: You will see the buyer’s name and/or company details only after you have replied to a request.
  4. Open a Request and submit your offer:
        1. If a request fits your business:
          1. Click on it to see more details
          2. Click “Reply to request” to enter your response
          3. If the request is accurate enough, provide pricing, delivery conditions and any additional information you wish. Otherwise, you can also reply to the buyer and ask about further details you might need to make an offer.
        2. Once submitted:
          1. Your offer is sent to the buyer
          2. The full conversation thread is unlocked in your europages message inbox
          3. The buyer now sees your company profile and can respond directly
      Follow up from your inbox: After you respond, the conversation moves to your europages messages inbox. There, you can track replies, exchange messages, and close deals.

       

      Email notifications for matching requests

      You will receive email notifications when a new request matches your profile.
      Each notification will include:

      • A brief summary of the request

      • A link to the request

      Please note: New Requests for Quotes will no longer appear directly in your europages inbox. You need to actively check the Request Hub to discover all open requests.


       

      Buyer privacy and platform integrity

      To maintain a professional and trustworthy environment:

      • Buyer contact details are hidden until you reply to the request

      • Only verified Requests for Quotes are published

      • Only logged-in, authorized europages suppliers can access the Request Hub
