- Log in to your europages account.
- Navigate to Products and services. Here you have two options to add your portfolio:
- Manual Upload: This option allows you to add products and services individually, one at a time. Click here for detailed guidance.
- Bulk Import: If you want to upload multiple products at once, you can do this with our Excel template. The AI-driven website import enables you to transfer your products and services directly from your website. Alternatively, the PDF import option is also available.
Tip: Ensure that your products and services are consistently showcased with attractive images and thorough descriptions to greatly enhance your likelihood of being found by potential buyers and receiving requests.
Once you have added your products to your portfolio, you will see an overview displaying all your products and services along with relevant information about them.

Publishing status
This column shows which of your products are currently online and visible to buyers, which are boosted for extra visibility, and which remain offline.
Multi-select, search bar and filters
The multi-select feature enables you to update several products at once, streamlining portfolio management. Use the filter to select categories, search by name, or filter by status. This helps you keep your product range organized.
Status of your products or services
- Boosted: Here you can see which products and service are boosted. Boosted products show up higher in search results and are spotted by potential buyers much faster - especially compared to products without a boost.
- Draft: Draft products display one of two hover states that indicate their readiness for publication, making it easier to manage and publish multiple drafts using the bulk publishing feature:
- Ready to be published: The product has all mandatory fields filled and meets publishing criteria.
- Missing or invalid data: The product has one or more issues blocking publication.
Product completion score
Each product or service listing includes a product completion score. It shows how complete your product listing is. It is based on key information such as the product title, category, description, images, keywords, and price.
