Note: Some information will be automatically generated and filled in during your company's registration on europages or as part of the customer onboarding process. All details found in the "Basic Information" section will be publicly accessible to visitors viewing your company profile

1. Enter the Company Address

To display your company profile correctly on europages.com, the following information is required:

  • Country:
    The country field is mandatory and cannot be edited. It is automatically assigned and cannot be changed later.

  • Street and number:
    This is a mandatory field and can be edited. The maximum length is 255 characters. Make sure to provide the full address.

  • Address Line 2 (Optional):
    You can use this optional field to provide additional information, such as building names or floors, with a maximum of 55 characters.

  • Zip code:
    This is a mandatory field and can be edited. Ensure that the postal code is correct.

  • City:
    This field is mandatory and can be edited. Enter the name of the city where your company is located.

  • Country:
    For companies in Italy or the UK, this is a mandatory field. It can be edited and has a maximum length of 255 characters.

Tip: Regularly check the accuracy of your address, logo, and contact details to keep your profile up to date.


2. Add the main contact

  • Email:
    This is a mandatory field and can be edited. The maximum length is 255 characters. The email address must contain an "@" symbol and a dot.

  • Website (Optional):
    This field is optional and can be edited. The maximum length is 255 characters. Ensure that the website contains a valid domain.

  • Phone Number (Optional):
    This is an optional field. Only numbers and the correct country code are allowed.


3. Add additional contact person

  • Contacts:
    You can easily add, modify, or remove contacts as necessary to align with your company's needs.

  • Function/Department:
    You can select the role of the contact person from a list. This is optional.

  • Salutation:
    This is a mandatory field. Make sure to select the appropriate title for the contact person.

  • First & Last name:
    These fields are mandatory. Both the first name and last name of the contact must be provided.

  • Email:
    This is a mandatory field. Each contact can only have one email address.

  • Phone number:
    This is an optional field. Each contact can have only one phone number. Make sure to use only numbers and the correct country code.


4. Enter the key data

  • Number of employees:
    This is a mandatory field. You will need to choose from the predefined categories.

  • Founding year (Optional):
    This is an optional field that can be edited. Only four-digit numbers are allowed, and it cannot be greater than the current year.

  • Main activity:
    This is a mandatory field. You will need to select the main activity of your business from several available options.

  • Business sector:
    This is a mandatory field. You must select the appropriate sector from the dropdown-menu.

  • Company description (Optional):
    This optional field allows you to provide a detailed description of your company. Strive to create an engaging and comprehensive overview that gives potential buyers a clear and positive impression. Include key information about your products or services, company history, strategic goals, corporate culture, and overall mission. The description should not exceed 1,500 characters. Once saved, this content will be automatically translated into multiple languages.
     

Note: Please make sure that the texts are written in the language you have selected for your company profile.


5. Define the export zones and delivery area

  • Delivery Area:
    This is a mandatory field and can be edited. You can only select one delivery area.

  • Export Zones:
    Export zones are available only if you select "Europe-wide" or "Worldwide" as your delivery area. This is an optional, editable field, and you can make multiple selections if needed.

  • Examples:

    • Europe-wide:
      The default selections are "European Union" and "Other European countries". These options can be deselected if necessary.

    • Worldwide:
      All options are preselected by default. You can deselect any options that are not relevant.

Tip: Regularly review and update your profile to ensure the information is accurate.  Ensure that all fields are completed correctly. Missing or incorrect information can negatively impact how your company is displayed.
