Add products via Shop import

The shop import offers an efficient solution for managing extensive portfolios, allowing you to import products from your online shop directly into the product editor.

Follow these simple steps to efficiently import and organize your products and services in your europages profile:

Step 1: Access 'Products and Services'

Log into your account go to 'Products and Services'.

Step 2: Open the import menu

Select the 'Import' button to access the import menu

Step 3: Select the Shop system

Select 'Shop import' from the pop-up and then select your preferred shop system.

Below you'll find step-by-step instructions for each supported shop system:

Import through Magento

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel
  2. Navigate to 'System' > 'Data Transfers' > 'Export'
  3. Select Entity Type: 'Products'
  4. Select CSV as format and click 'Next'
  5. File will be generated

Import through Shopify

  1. Log in to the Shopify admin
  2. Open products
  3. Click 'Export' in the top right corner
  4. Select all products
  5. Choose CSV format
  6. Start exporting

Import through Wix

  1. Log in to the Wix dashboard
  2. View products
  3. Click 'More actions' in the top right corner
  4. Export CSV file
  5. File will download automatically

Import through WooCommerce

  1. Log in to the WordPress backend
  2. Select products in the left menu
  3. Click on 'Export' at the top
  4. Select desired fields
  5. Export CSV

Import through Shopware

  1. Log in to the Shopware admin
  2. Open the 'Import/Export' module (must be
    installed if necessary)
  3. Select the export profile 'Product Export'
  4. Click on 'Start Export'
  5. Download file 

Once your file has been exported, you’re ready to begin the import process.

Tip: We recommend exporting your products in Excel format (xlsx or xls). If the export is done as CSV and the file is to be opened or edited in Excel, it must be saved in the format “CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited)”

Step 4: Import your shop export file to europages

Return to the europages import pop-up, select 'Shop import', upload your Excel file (.xlsx or .xls), and select desired language and currency of your products and services.

Step 5: Finish

Your products are successfully imported now. image

You will then see the number of products published immediately—these represent all products that meet the mandatory criteria.

To publish the remaining products saved as drafts, complete any missing information required for publication.

If the Shop import option doesn’t suit your requirements, several alternative methods are available:

  • Website Import (AI): Easily import your products straight from your website. This method streamlines the process, enabling you to efficiently gather essential product information with minimal manual input.

  • Excel-Import: Use our Excel template to effortlessly upload extensive datasets with simplicity and effectiveness.

  • PDF Import: Using the PDF import feature, you can effortlessly extract information from various types of PDF documents, including brochures, data sheets, and catalogues. This approach is especially beneficial for handling larger documents, allowing for efficient data transfer with minimal manual effort.
