The MyStats feature has been replaced with Business Insights, where you can now access all your business analysis in a streamlined manner.

Clearer metric definitions
Your visibility now includes not only the performance of your company profile and your product pages, but also the performance of all additionally booked campaigns on europages (Top Ranking or Sponsored Brands).
New Products & Services monitoring tool
For each product and service you see the number of page views and from October 21, 2024, you will also see your product impressions. It is a good way to identify your top-performing products and services.
Optimised impressions
Impressions are only counted if your company or products appear in the visible part of the screen for buyers when they see search results and recommendations. This metric has been optimised to be more valuable to you.
New response insights
You can now see your response rate and response time in Business Insights, including the number of unanswered requests awaiting your reply.
Remember: maintaining a good response rate and time will enhance your placement in the results and recommendations.
