In the messaging section, you can effortlessly manage all types of requests.
To access the message overview, click on "Messages" in the header when you're logged in.
In Messages, you can easily view, respond to, and store both incoming and outgoing messages. All communications, including Requests for Quotes and direct messages, are organized in a clear and efficient manner within the Messages interface.
For better navigation, you can easily filter Request for quotes and Information requests using the filter function on the left side.
In the "Pending" tab, you can find all messages that need your attention. This feature allows you to easily monitor which requests are still awaiting your response. Timely replies to inquiries not only help you manage your communication effectively, but also enhance your response time metrics. By addressing all messages promptly, you can improve your visibility on europages, positively impacting your response rate and overall engagement.
