# Where can I find incoming requests and messages?

### Quick answer:

You can find all incoming requests, including direct messages and Requests for Quote, in the "Messages" section of your europages account. From there, you can respond directly and filter enquiries by type.

### Where can I view incoming requests?

All incoming requests are displayed centrally in the "Messages" section. These include direct enquiries addressed to your company and Requests for Quote from buyers. You can respond to each enquiry directly from this section.

### Can I filter requests by type?

Yes. In the "Messages" section, you can use filters to manage different types of enquiries and messages and quickly find the conversations most relevant to you.
