The response rate shows the proportion of direct messages and Requests for Quotes sent to your company that have received an initial response within the last 90 days. A request counts as answered once you send a message or select Not interested.
What counts as a response?
A request counts as answered when:
- You click Reply and then send a message.
- You click Not interested. You can then select a reason for declining the request.
Which requests are included in the response rate?
The response rate includes direct messages and Requests for Quotes received by your company within the last 90 days. Older enquiries are not included in the calculation.
