I am not receiving any emails from europages – what can I do?

To ensure that you reliably receive all important information from us, we recommend adding our sender addresses to the allowlist in your email system (also known as “whitelisting”).

Why is whitelisting necessary?

Email systems often use strict spam filters. As a result, legitimate emails can occasionally be blocked or not delivered. By whitelisting our addresses, you ensure that our emails consistently reach your inbox.

Which senders should be allowlisted?

Please make sure that emails from the following sender addresses and domains are permitted:

account@notifications.europages.com
messages@notifications.europages.com
rfq@notifications.europages.com
visitor@notifications.europages.com
feedback@customer.europages.com
hello@customer.europages.com

Note: We use several sender addresses for different types of communication. It is therefore important to allowlist all of the addresses listed above.

How to whitelist our email addresses (short guide)

    1. Open Outlook and click File Options.

    2. Select Trust CenterTrust Center Settings….

    3. Go to Junk Email and click Safe Senders.

    4. Click Create filter.

    5. Select Never send it to Spam and confirm.

  4. If your email inbox is managed externally

If you do not manage your email system yourself, please forward this article to the responsible IT contact with the request: “Please ensure that emails from the sender addresses listed are always delivered.” As an alternative, the entire domains notifications.europages.com and customer.europages.com can be allowlisted.

If you need support or our emails do not arrive despite whitelisting, please contact our customer service team at customercare@europages.com.
