[General](https://help.europages.com/en/supplier/faqs?hsLang=en#general) # How can I delete my user account? ## We offer you the option to delete your account yourself via our self-service portal. #### Here's how: 1. Click on ‘My Account’. At the bottom left of this page, you will find the option ‘Delete this account’. 2. Confirm your decision. If you wish to use europages or wer liefert was (wlw) again in the future, you will need to re-register. **What happens when I delete my account?** - Your account will be permanently deleted. - If the account is linked to both europages and wer liefert was (wlw), both accounts will be deleted. - Your company profile will remain active; only your user account will be deleted. **I have deleted my account, but my initials are still displayed in the header. Why is that?** After deleting your account, your current session will remain active for about an hour.
