Log in and select manual upload
Sign in to your account and navigate to the "Products and services" section.
If no product or service has been created yet, click on "Manual Upload" to get started.
Add a new product or service
Click on "Create New" to add a new product or service.
Enter Product Information
To optimally present your product or service, please complete all required fields. The mandatory fields include:

Title: Choose a concise title that incorporates relevant industry terms buyers might search for.

Product Category: Clicking this field will display suggested categories. If you cannot find a suitable category, please contact our customer service at kundenservice@wlw.com.

Description: Write a precise and detailed description of your product. The description should be between 100 and 5,000 characters long. A well-crafted description significantly improves your product's visibility in search results.

Files: Upload between 1 and 10 images of your product from various angles. Ideally, include video material, catalogues, or fact sheets. Any information that highlights the features and benefits of your product will enhance its visibility.

At Least One Keyword: Use relevant keywords that potential buyers might use when searching for your product. You can specify additional product features in the "Attributes" section.

Price: While not mandatory, providing a price helps buyers plan and increases the likelihood of your product being selected. Make sure to regularly update the prices to keep them accurate.
Tip: Use descriptive keywords and an engaging description to maximize your visibility.
You can open the editing interface for a specific product directly by clicking the pencil icon.
You have the following options:
- View live preview
- Save as draft to continue later
- Publish the product
Manage products
Keep your product portfolio up-to-date by regularly reviewing and adjusting entries as needed. Using the multi-selection feature, you can edit multiple products simultaneously. The following actions are available:
- Publish
- Unpublish
- Boost
- Delete
Note: Regularly maintaining your portfolio increases your chances of being discovered by potential buyers.
Our Tips:
- Use suggested content, if available, to enhance your visibility.
- Select keywords buyers are likely to use and write descriptions that reflect how buyers search for your products and services.
- Avoid uploading every single variation of your offering. Instead, use the "Offer Details" section to add additional colors, sizes, or features.
